Abstract

Competitiveness of the organization is influenced by various factors the main ones being the value of the strategic potential and its ability to expand. The article deals with quantitative methods within stakeholder approach to assess the potential of the company and group management solutions. The article describes the method of determining the resource potential and abilities of the company as a source for competitive advantage. On the basis of the modified model VRIO were obtained quantitative estimates of the sustainability of competitive advantage based on the possession of resources or capability. The article presents the results of a quantitative analysis of the SWOT-company “Wimm-Bill-Dann”, calculate the integral indexes characterizing the region’s competitive potential and reveal its a sustainable competitive advantage.
